Hi and thank you for reaching out to connect with me. I understand from experience that choosing a hypnotherapist is an important decision. I offer everyone a free consultation that usually lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.

This is a chance for me to see exactly how I can help you, and also for you to meet me and get a sense of how well we will work together. After this we can then schedule sessions either online via Zoom, or in person. Both methods are equally as effective, and this really comes down to personal preference. I work and live in Budapest.
